How often should we revisit our bylaws?

As a full board, you should revisit your bylaws annually. The Governance Committee should distribute the current set of bylaws, and ask trustees to review and to discuss key points and questions at a full board meeting. In addition, your legal counsel should review your bylaws annually or bi-annually to confirm that they are up to date and not missing any relevant clauses.
