If you are not receiving emails from BoardOnTrack there can be a few reasons for this, all of which can be easily solved. Here's a couple of steps you can follow, some of which you may have already done.
- Quickly double check that the email address you have in BoardOnTrack has no typos. An obvious one to check, but it can happen sometimes.
- BoardOnTrack emails sometimes can end up in Junk/Spam folders. Quickly check if you can find them there. If you do or you want to search for them and make sure it doesn't happen again here are some directions to help you "whitelist" BoardOnTrack

Whitelist BoardOnTrack emails in Google Gmail
In your browser access your Gmail account and select "Settings".
Select "Filters and Blocked Addresses".
Select "Create a new filter".
Enter "@boardontrack.com" in the "From" option.
Then click "Create filter with this search".
Check the boxes, "Never send it to Spam" and "Also apply filter to matching conversations".
Then click on "Create filter".
You will now see the filter you created.
You should now see the BoardOnTrack emails in your "In Box".
