Once you've completed the Preparation stage, and your CEO has completed the Self-Evaluation, you're ready for the Evaluation stage.
Your first task in the Evaluation stage is to Invite Participants to your evaluation.
To do so, just click Manage Participants.
You'll be taken to a screen that lists each board member and staff member who's already set up to use BoardOnTrack. (If you need to add people to BoardOnTrack, here's how to do so.)
And, you have the option to include a personal note in the invitation email that BoardOnTrack will send on your behalf to each person you choose to invite to participate. (We highly recommend doing so!)
You can always invite more people, send reminders, or even remove people from the evaluation.
Note that:
- Removing a participant does not delete their responses, but they will no longer be used in the report.
- Adding a participant back will reinstate any previous responses.
Click into your Evaluation, then click Manage Participants under step 3 on your Process tab as shown above.
You'll be brought to your Participants, where you can click to Send reminders to all of your participants.
