Developing a timeline for your CEO Evaluation

It’s important to develop a clear timeline to complete all the steps on time. Some tips to help you:

  • Map backwards from the date that you would like to have everything completed.
  • Use the checklist and due dates right here on the CEO Evaluation tab to map things out.
  • Share the draft timeline with the full board and the CEO and get them to commit to completing their action steps on time.
  • If you want to map out more detail than the checklist on this tab, you can use the Board Goals Tracker tab to create more detailed action steps and assign specific tasks to individual trustees or staff members.
